An important multinational company in the services sector located in Milano needs to incorporate a Senior Area Manager for Italy. Its mission within the company will be to ensure the growth and results of the business units in Italy, as well as the improvement in the fulfillment of the processes of its assigned units.
Its main functions will be the following: - Supervise compliance with the guidelines defined by the HQ, in particular, compliance with the processes. - Implement the processes defined by the HQ. - Check the internal operation of the assigned units. - Detect unit improvement needs. - Ensure the achievement of established business objectives. - Accompany the units in terms of business development. - Carry out a commercial accompaniment to the units. - Visit the assigned units. - Develop action and monitoring plans. - Manage two-way communication between the hq and the units. - Support the management of the business (Commercial, Marketing, HR, Training, Quality of service, ..). - Evaluate the level of customer satisfaction. - Monitoring of the Marketing plan. - Report internally.
Required: - Degree in Business Administration, Business Science, Marketing, or similar. - Demonstrated previous experience managing projects and/or work teams will be valued positively. - Ability to apply and adapt the established procedures. - A high level of English (C1) is essential as well as an advanced level of Spanish. - Communication and negotiation skills for mediation and problem solving. - Systematic and organized person, with a vocation for service and customer-orientation and results. - Flexible, adaptable and collaborative profile. - Wide availability to travel nationwide (75% of the time, approximately).
