Administrative assistant responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to the management of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide the management of the company with the necessary administrative support.
- Schedule meetings, appointments and visits.
- Organize the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment.
- Plan, coordinate or support the organization of in-house or off-site activities and events.
- Create and follow up correspondence, presentations and communications with the management of the company.
- Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized and correspondences are controlled.
- Organize business trips both in the country and abroad.
- Handling a all other administrative and executive support tasks and projects, and communicating with all types of people.

Minimum studies
- BA university diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related .
