Are you passionate about quality and the automotive sector?
We are seeking an experienced Process Quality Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or industrial engineering and at least two years of experience in quality management within the automotive sector. This position is located in the Tarragona province. Fluency in English for both conversation and documentation is essential.

Functions:
- Ensure adherence to quality procedures and inspections in the plant.
- Perform daily audits of quality verifications.
- Collaborate with supervisors at the start of production to ensure quality standards.
- Resolve quality issues in partnership with verifiers and supervisors.
- Create and present defect and acceptance level boards.
- Follow up on Non-Conformities and conduct audits.
- Develop rework instructions.
- Manage repair reports moulds.
- Conduct process and product audits.
- Oversee the Q1 system: inspection routes and training.
- Handle containment actions and prevent customer complaints.
- Assist with 8D documentation.
- Coordinate internal processes: blocking, unblocking, and shipment control.

Requirements:
- Expertise in 5S,FMEA,8D,PPAP, and control plans
- Basic knowledge of core tools in automotive.
- Knowledge of plastic injection processes is a plus.
- Ability to hold conversations in English and generate documentation in English.
- Knowledge of quality procedures and instructions, and familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.

Minimum studies
- Technical Engineering - Industrial, specializing in Mechanics.
Minimum experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management within the automotive sector is essential.
Minimum languages
- Spanish: Native.
- Catalan: Intermediate.
- English: Advanced level, capable of maintaining fluent conversations.
