Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and respond to client requests and requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on offers and budgets.
- Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of events, ensuring flawless execution. This includes preparation, materials, equipment, setup, assembly, and disassembly.
- Manage external providers: Supervise service execution by external suppliers, addressing and resolving any unforeseen issues.
- Oversee and control all reservations.
- Handle administrative documentation management.
- Maintain and enhance communication through social media.

Minimum studies
- Training in Event Management, Tourism, and/or Protocol.
- Valid driver's license.
Minimum experience
- Higher education, preferably in Marketing, Tourism, or Communication.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (mandatory); additional languages are appreciated.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in companies specializing in event organization or related industries.
- Creative individual with a passion for crafts and art.
- Strong public speaking skills, capable of delivering presentations in both English and Spanish.
Minimum languages
