A leading international financial group based in Marbella, currently undergoing an expansion and diversification of its business lines, is seeking to appoint a Director of Real Estate to lead its division specializing in high-end residential and commercial assets.This is a strategic project offering the opportunity to develop a unit focused on the premium segment of the real estate market on the Costa del Sol.

Main Responsibilities
-Strategic and operational management of the real estate division, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, and expansion objectives.
-Leadership and supervision of the commercial team, driving property acquisition and the development of new business opportunities.
-Direct relationship with high-net-worth international clients, delivering a personalized and exceptional advisory service.
-Oversight of residential and commercial property sales and leasing operations.
-Market analysis and definition of commercial and marketing strategies aimed at growth and brand positioning.
-Negotiation of agreements, coordination with legal and tax advisors, and control of all transaction documentation.
-Close collaboration with international partners, developers, and investment funds.
-Preparation of performance reports, sales forecasts, and expansion strategies.
Requirements
-Proven experience in leading commercial teams, managing operations, and developing international business.
-Strong negotiation skills, results orientation, and excellent communication abilities.

Minimum studies
-University degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or a related field.
-Postgraduate studies in Commercial Management, Real Estate Management, or an MBA will be highly valued.
Minimum experience
-At least 5 years of experience in management or team leadership within the real estate sector.
Minimum languages
-Advanced English (minimum C1 level).
-Native or bilingual Spanish.
-Other languages such as French, German, Arabic, or Russian will be considered a strong plus.
Assessable requirements
-Experience in international markets and managing high-profile clients.
-Knowledge of digital real estate marketing and business expansion strategies.
-Established network within the premium property sector of the Costa del Sol.
