On April 23, Etalentum organized a working session in Bergamo that brought together a group of 25 business leaders and top-level experts to address the new European directive on pay transparency. The event featured a contribution from Jaume Alemany, CEO of Etalentum, who shared Spain’s experience and highlighted that, beyond legal compliance, the regulation is a strategic opportunity for companies to build solid talent attraction plans.

The expert panel included lawyer Andrea Scarpellini and HR specialist consultant Goffredo di Palma. Both emphasized that the directive is a challenge that can also deliver tangible benefits, such as a 7.5% increase in productivity and a 17% reduction in voluntary turnover.
