A multinational company, with over 16 years of experience in the educational sector, that helps universities connect with future students, based in Valencia, is looking to hire a Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting sales operations, market development, and client engagement for international education events.

Duties:
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.
- Update and maintain sales reports, track pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Help identify potential leads and coordinate meeting agendas for conferences and events
- Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding pending invoices.
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and digital platforms to promote event participation.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging sales content.

Is required:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Studi minimi
- Bachelor of Business Management or similar field. (At least one semester studying abroad).
