Care Center Specialist/Jeweler

They are currently seeking a Care Service Specialist/Jeweler in Palma de Mallorca, whose mission will be to provide high-quality customer service by adapting the pieces to customer needs, always ensuring demanding quality standards and delicate care in handling processes.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent after-sales service to customers.
- Engraving pieces, adjusting and polishing, according to the indicated instructions and requested requirements.
- Carrying out role-specific maintenance tasks following quality standards, using sophisticated quality and safety control tools.
- Performing size increases and reductions on the requested pieces.
- Collaborating with the sales and logistics departments in the handling and sale of pieces.

Requirements:
- Experience in executing specialized luxury jewelry techniques, ensuring high standards of quality, precision, and finishing.
- Our client will request a written declaration stating the absence of a criminal record.
- Proven experience in structured aftercare and service management, including warranty oversight, international repair coordination, performance tracking, and continuous quality improvement within a luxury environment.
