Their tasks will be: - Collaborate in the collection and analysis of requirements, from the inputs of each area manager and the External Consultancy responsible for the implementation, in order to provide response to the requirements and needs of the company. - Collaborate in the technical analysis, reviews, tests and implementation of SAP Developments. - Monitor the progress of the implementation project and developments. - Prepare specific documentation and / or for users. - Support production configurations and assist in functional change requests. - Help in solving problems, change requests, improvements and new features. - Attend to incidents, doubts and queries made by users, providing support that facilitates the resolution of the same in terms of quality and deadlines. - Train SAP users.
