Offer description
For the family industry of the processed meat sector of the Osona region, we select a food quality technician.

Its main functions and responsibilities will be:
- Management of the APPCC system and its prerequisites according to current regulations and making the relevant changes based on their updates.
- On-site control of the entire production and personnel control plant.
- Management and monitoring of audits BRC, IFS, CALITAX, SAE, among others.
- Management of nonconformities of customers, internal and by the Official Veterinary Service and apply corrective measures.
- Preparation of documentation for export to third countries and preparation of the corresponding audits.
- Maintenance management of the room and staff in order to optimize productivity.
- Coordination with different managers and with HR for the necessary initial training.
- Waste management and quarterly declarations of the same, among others.

Valuable requirements:
- Experience in the meat sector, quality standards and legislation of the meat industry will be valued.

Minimum studies
- University degree in Science and Technology of Food, Biology, Chemistry or similar.
Minimum experience
- Minimum experience of 2 years in similar job position.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: native.
- Spanish: native.
- English: intermediate (valuable).
Assessable requirements
