Offer description
For student residence located in Barcelona, ??we need to incorporate receptionists.

Its functions will be:
- Management of check in and Check out of clients in the residence following the protocol established by the company.
- Collaborate in customer service during your stay, informing them of the use of facilities, services, events ...
- Reservation and marketing management.
- Administrative functions as introduction of billing and collections of services consumed by customers.
- Receive, transmit, direct and intervene in the claims / suggestions of the clients.
- Telephone, face-to-face and via email in Catalan, Spanish and English.
- Resolution of incidents, contact with suppliers and monitoring of building maintenance.
- Management of the conditioning of common areas.
- Support to management and administration departments.

It is offered:
- Stable contract.
- Full day of 40 hours in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, from 07:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 23:00

Minimum studies
Diploma in Tourism or similar.
Minimum experience
At least 5 years of experience in Reception Dept.
Minimum languages
Catalan: native
Spanish: native
English: advanced Other languages ??will be assessed.
