Company integrated in Swedish multinational industrial group that offers innovative solutions for the automation of homes and buildings, needs a Technical Sales Engineer.
This person will be responsible for selling technical products (B2B) in the construction / home automation sector through the achievement of quotas based on opportunities, reaching sales targets through excellent communication skills expressed especially through detailed sales by mail electronic and telephone.
Instead of a reactive approach to incoming leads (answering incoming emails and phone calls), this person will also be encouraged to develop their proactive activity by creating potential sales leads, initiating prospective calls and establishing a continuous relationship with existing and current contacts. Potential customers, in autonomy and / or as directed by the Sales Area Manager.

Minimum requirements: 
? Electronics / Telecommunications Engineer.
? Excellent level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
? Positive attitude, exemplary attendance and reliable team member skills: meeting sales goals, customer base, closing skills, prospecting skills, technical understanding, relationship building, people skills, data entry skills, guidance to the client, professionalism, motivation for sales.

Job duties:
? Advice and customer support.
? Make periodic customer review calls and follow up as necessary.
? Close new accounts by answering telephone, fax and email inquiries; Verification, updating and entry of information in CRM.
? Send commercial offers choosing the right product that meets the needs of customers.
? Monitoring of open opportunities and commercial offers.
? Evaluate competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitors' information and trends; Identify sales opportunities together with the Sales Area Manager.
? Develop sales opportunities through research and identification of potential accounts; requesting new accounts; provide technical information and explanations; preparing appointments.
? Develop accounts by checking the customer's purchase history; suggesting related and new articles; explaining the technical characteristics.
? Maintain and improve quality results by following the standards; Recommending better policies and procedures.

Assessable requirements
- Buen nivel de otros idiomas como el alemán o el francés.
- Experiencia previa en ventas o servicio al cliente, especialmente con productos técnicos para la automatización de edificios / viviendas.
- Conocimiento de tecnologías BA (BACnet, KNX, DALI, etc.).
- Conocimiento de los protocolos utilizados en la automatización industrial (profinet, profibus, ethernet ip, can, etc.).
- Conocimiento práctico de ERP / CRM.
- Conocimiento práctico de Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
