Depending on the Service Manager, your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Registration and preparation of appointments with clients.
- Complete repair orders (work parts) and offer mobility solutions.
- Make reminder calls to the customer to confirm the requirements and add any additional work if necessary.
- Reception of the client and explanation of the work to be done.
- Attend and detect the needs of the client.
- Promote products and services.
- Guarantee, together with the workshop partners, the customer's requests, as well as the delivery times of the vehicle.
- Report possible variations during the repair process.
- Provide an explanation of the work done and the invoice.
- Collection efforts. - Verify level of satisfaction, as well as management and resolution of claims.
- Update customer database.
- Teamwork, contributing knowledge and solutions, as well as carrying out continuous improvements.

Minimum studies
- Medium Degree Training Course in Automotive.
Minimum experience
