For an important group of dealers, located in the Gironès region, we selected a technical service adviser. Reporting directly to the post-sales manager, his main mission will be to guarantee the maximum satisfaction of the client in his experience in the workshop.

Its main functions are:
- Planning of the workshop agenda.
- Telephone attention.
- Reception of vehicles.
- Encode and inform the technicians of the repairs to be made.
- Inform the client of the work done.
- Management of nonconformities.
- Ensure that the standards established by the brand in terms of customer service are met.

It is required:
- Orientation to the clientele.
- Ability to solve incidents.
- Ability to manage stress.
- Knowledge in mechanics and spare parts will be positively valued.

Minimum studies
- CFGS.
Minimum experience
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service are required.
