For a Telemarketing company located in Campello, we are selecting a Team Leader for Contact Center dedicated to security systems advice (no service sales). We seek a professional profile accustomed to the management of people who seek to join a stable project in a dynamic team.
In direct dependence on Management, the selected person will be responsible, among others, for the following functions: - Own team management: will be responsible for directing, motivating and developing the skills and aptitudes of their team. - LEDs management. - Ability to solve problems autonomously. - Preparation of reports and reporting. - Will be in charge of maintaining good communication with the team: transmitting the information and objectives, as well as the procedures for its achievement.
It offers: - Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm or from 10am to 7pm (With a break time for food). - Variable fixed salary.
Minimum studies
- No minimum studies are required.
- Essential Excel advanced level.
Minimum experience
- Minimum experience of at least 1 year as team leader and / or coordinator of telephone managers.
- Excel domain.
- Experience in team management.
Minimum languages
- Spanish: native.
