Offer description
For important business group in the industrial sector, with consolidated international presence, and dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of industrial machinery in the biomass sector, we require a Sales Manager with residence in Northwest Spain (preferably: León), reporting directly to the CEO of the company.

Main functions and responsibilities:
- Leadership of the Sales Area for the commercialisation of the company's products in Spain and France.
- Prospecting, attracting and commercial management of key accounts.
- Achievement of new commercial agreements at international level, and business development.
- Creation, management and monitoring of commercial budgets.
- Help to improve service sales (service contracts)

Required:
- Person with a strong commercial profile used to working with autonomy and high proactivity.
- Availability to travel nationally and internationally on a frequent basis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills in commercial roles.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong customer and business development orientation.
- Loyalty and commitment to the company.

Minimum studies
- Commercial or business related studies or training would be an advantage. Candidates with another level of education are not excluded.
Minimum experience
- +5 years experience in similar roles leading or managing sales teams.
- +5 Experience in technical sales
Minimum languages
- Spanish: Native.
- English: C1 Advanced professional
- French: C1 Advanced professional
Assessable requirements
- Industry experience in the forest industry, paper industry, bioenergy production or recycling industry (desirable).
