Etalentum strengthens its leadership in the Balearic Islands and opens an office in Menorca

Etalentum has expanded its activity to Menorca with the opening of a new office at the WanderHub Ciutadella business center. After years of operating in Mallorca and Ibiza, this expansion is part of the consultancy’s strategy to provide a close-to-the-market service, establishing itself directly in key economic hubs to closely address the needs of the local business community.

The company’s arrival on the island aims to respond to the complexity that characterizes Menorca’s labor market, shaped by a small population and a high level of specialization in sectors such as quality tourism. “The Balearic Islands present specific challenges in attracting and retaining talent, such as strong seasonality and external factors like the cost of living and access to housing,” explains Rosa Ferrández, Etalentum’s manager in the area.

In this context, the Menorca office has been set up to act as a technical partner for local companies in managing their human resources. According to Ferrández, the pressure on the island’s labor market makes it essential to apply recruitment solutions with external coverage and a proactive search methodology. Etalentum’s goal is to help companies attract highly qualified profiles that would otherwise be difficult to find in the immediate local labor market.
