During the first half of the year, Etalentum organised 15 meetings aimed at Human Resources professionals to address the challenges posed by the European Pay Transparency Directive. The sessions, held as the deadline for transposing Directive (EU) 2023/970 approached, featured sector experts who analysed the key aspects of this new regulatory framework on pay transparency and equal pay.

Throughout the sessions, it was highlighted that having a clear and transparent remuneration policy can generate direct competitive advantages for companies. Far from being seen solely as a legal requirement, pay transparency helps strengthen candidates’ trust from the beginning of the recruitment process, improve corporate reputation and offer a distinctive value proposition.

Given the importance Etalentum places on its proximity-based model and its network of more than 45 offices distributed throughout the country, these meetings were held beyond Madrid and Barcelona, also reaching different cities in Catalonia, La Rioja, Aragon, the Valencian Community and Navarre.
