In a context of transformation in the labor market, technical upskilling and shared analysis are becoming critical tools for decision-making. This year, Etalentum will host more than 30 Etalentum Connect events, a project designed to create hubs for mutual learning and specialized analysis among those responsible for human capital. The initiative aims to foster spaces for exchange between top-tier experts and industry professionals.
“These are technical forums whose purpose is to delve into major issues at a time of great complexity in talent sourcing. For us, it is important to create spaces where knowledge can be generated and shared,” says David Boixader, CEO of Etalentum. Topics covered include, for example, the implementation of the new European directive on pay transparency, the design of compensation policies to attract and retain talent, and the effective application of artificial intelligence in human resources departments.
Following sessions held in Logroño, Martorell, Terrassa, Granollers, and Sant Cugat, the consultancy will extend this series over the next two months to cities such as Girona, Zaragoza, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Tudela, Pamplona, and Mallorca. These events feature top-level experts such as Pedro Ribes and Sergio Carol (Managers Lab) or Juan Arza (Arza & Legazpi).
